Carl Hawthorne, a Georgia native and a lifelong resident of the Metro-Atlanta area, has over 15 years of experience with residential home sales. Carl started his career in real estate with John Wieland Homes; designing and building breathtaking communities such as Woodmont, Rivergreen, Reunion, Providence, Legacy, Ivey Walk, Heritage at Roswell, Vinings Estates, Alstead and many more excellent communities.

Later, he joined Pulte Homes as the Director of Community Development, creating neighborhoods including The Woodlands, Legacy on the River Line, Crabapple Registry, and Park Avenue.

Finally, Carl decided to leave the corporate side to put more focus on the individual home buyer. Over the last six years, Carl has continued to grow a top-producing team for North Metro-Atlanta but the focus has never left the individual client.

Unlike many large teams, Carl Hawthorne and his team strive to be relationship-oriented, making it a top priority to be available to his clients at all times.
